Brendan Hayes
President, Chief Creative Officer
Brendan joined Lobster Place’s retail operations in 2002 and he has been the creative engine behind the business’ development and success. For nearly 20 years Brendan has imagined and re-imagined ways to entice the ever-changing and ever-fickle NYC food shopper and diner. As Chelsea Market visitor demographics have evolved from residents to global tourists and tech office workers, he has continuously created offerings that keep guests coming and coming back. In 2013, after a decade of continuous and significant growth, he completely re-imagined the business – spearheading the creation of Cull & Pistol Oyster Bar and the transformation of Lobster Place from fish market to seafood hall. His ability to understand the customer and create food-focused experiences has been the cornerstone of Lobster Place/Cull & Pistol's success and has garnered widespread acclaim. Brendan received a BA from Georgetown University. He worked at Modem Media as a digital marketing account executive before joining LP Hospitality Group.
