Jessica Burkins

VP, Chief People Officer

Jessica joined LPHG in 2013 as a founding member of the Cull & Pistol crew. She brought broad experience in restaurant and hospitality management that lent immediate credibility to a leadership team making a transition from mere fishmongers to fishmonger restaurateurs. Jess’s special talent for connecting with guests and crewmembers alike was immediately apparent, and by 2019 she was leading our entire 100+ person front of house team as Chief Hospitality Officer. Drawing on her abundant leadership ability, in 2023 she pivoted to a new role as Chief People Officer where she imagines and implements the programs that reinforce our LP6 values and enable our crew to thrive. Jess received a BS from SUNY Stony Brook.
